Every card goes into a clear protective sleeve first.
2. BACKED
Taped to thick cardboard so the card and blister can’t bend in transit.
3. BOXED
Wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy box. We never use envelopes for carded cars.
NOTE: We take photos of every card before packing. Proof it left us in perfect condition.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
1. Courier Damage:
If the box arrives damaged or the card is bent from shipping, WhatsApp us within 48 hours with photos/video of the unboxing. We cover return shipping and will replace it or refund you.
2. Our Fault:
If we packed it wrong, it’s on us. Full refund + return shipping covered.
3. IMPORTANT – COLLECTIBLES CLAUSE:
For Hot Wheels, the card/blister IS part of the product. If you return an item, it must be in the exact same condition we sent it. Bent cards, opened blisters, or damaged packaging will void a cooling-off return. Photos are taken before dispatch for our records.See full details in our Returns & Refunds section.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I choose a different courier?
Fastway/Pudo is our default because they handle boxes best. Contact us if you need an alternative.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
Fastway will attempt delivery + leave a card. You can arrange redelivery or collection.
Can I combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes. Message us before paying and we’ll send you 1 combined invoice.
